Turkey to be the only country that Russians to get Citizenship by Real Estate Investment

Turkey is one of the two countries where Russian citizens can obtain citizenship in return for real estate investment this year, and Turkey will remain the only country after 31 March.
According to a Russian media report, today only Turkey and Grenada grant citizenship to Russian citizens who invest in real estate.
However, the application period for Russian citizens who want to benefit from this right in Grenada, an island country with a population of 125 thousand in the Caribbean, ends on March 31, 2023.
Foreigners who pay 400 thousand dollars or more for the houses they buy can obtain Turkish citizenship.
In December 2022, Montenegro also stopped granting citizenship to Russians by investment. As of April 1, there will be no alternative outside Turkey.
